Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients

8 oz chicken breast meat uncooked
15 oz can black beans, drained
½ c salsa
3 T uncooked bulgar wheat
Leaf lettuce
1 tomato
4 wheat tortillas

Directions:

Slice chicken thinly and satue in a slightly oiled pan until cooked. Remove and set aside.  Combine beans, salsa and bulgar in a saucepan: simmer 5 minutes.  Add chicken and heat 1-2 minutes.  Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.  Shred lettuce and dice tomato.  Heat tortilla in a skillet until soft, spread bean mixture in center of tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato and additional salsa. Roll tortilla.
