Berry Bulgar

Ingredients

¼ cup dry bulgur
Water
¼ cup vanilla soy (or rice) milk
½ cup mixed berries
10 walnut halves

Directions:

Soak bulgur in ½ cup boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain excess water. Bring ½ cup water to rolling boil. Add bulgur, stir and cover. Cook for 10 minutes- stirring occasionally. Mix in soy milk, berries and walnuts.
