Peanut Hummus


1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 TBSP organic peanut butter or almond butter
2 TBSP olive oil
1 green jalapeno pepper, diced
2 TBSP cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 tsp red pepper flakes


Put ingredients in a food processor and combine until they reach desired consistency. Add more or less oil as needed. Adjust flavorings to suit.
