You will find that we offer a wide variety of services designed to fit almost everyone's fitness needs. Whether you are just starting out or over, or need that extra push to reach your goals, we have a fitness service for you.

Personal Training
One client, one trainer, one purpose! If you are looking for the quickest and most direct path to your goals then this is your best choice! Personal Training is ideal for those who are new to fitness training and want to start off on the right foot. Those who have have sports specific goals or who want to achieve their goals in the least amount of possible time should choose this option. Sessions can be scheduled once, twice or three times a week.

Athletic Stregnth and Conditioning
All ages welcome! Anyone looking to excel in their sport, enter a fitness competition, participate in an obstacle course race or just take it to the next level. 

Partner Training
Two clients, one trainer is great for those who want the option to share their experience and cost with a family member or friend. Ideal for couples or friends committed to making lasting changes together. Sessions can be scheduled two or three times a week.

Online Training
This is for those individuals that have the motivation and discipline to push themselves but lack the expertise to build an effective program. Workouts and nutritional counseling are provided as well as weekly newsletters. Skype sessions are available to those who need some more personal attention. These programs can be tailored to work out of your home or to be taken to your gym.

Corrective Exercise
Has age and repetitive motor patterns wreaked havoc on your posture? Are you constantly plagued with reoccurring knee, low back or shoulder pain? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Corrective Exercise Training may just be what the doctor ordered. 

Nutritional Counseling
The key to weight loss and improving overall health is proper nutrition. Clients will be educated on nutritional facts, eating habits, nutrients, allergies, and weight loss. Each individual will be worked with to develop a dietary pattern that suits their lifestyle as well as their needs.
